Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation is allowed until 48 hours prior to arrival on general dates. Over 'event' periods such as school and public holidays, no cancellation is allowed 14 days prior to arrival. For Christmas and New Yearโ€™s Eve bookings, no cancellation is allowed within 30 days prior to arrival.

No Show Policy

In case of no show, no refund will be issued.
